HR Systems Analyst

Location:

Wroclaw, PL, 51-502

Position Type:  Professional

Imagine being part of the team that manages the backbone of a 100,000-employee organization - its organizational structure. If you want to make an impact at scale, working with global HR systems and collaborative teams, we could be a perfect match.

What you will do

At Group People & Culture, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.

You will:
• execute and coordinate reorganizations in HR systems (SuccessFactors), helping Volvo Group adapt and stay competitive
• support and continuously improve our Organizational Management (OM) setup by acting as a key user for HR systems, ensuring reliable processes, high-quality organizational data, and smooth support to stakeholders in a global environment
• investigate and resolve complex system and process issues
• drive lasting improvements by identifying patterns and proposing enhancements
• collaborate closely across the HR ecosystem
• take part in testing and system upgrades
• contribute to a stable, compliant, and user-friendly HR system landscape

Your future team

You will join the Organizational Management team (part of the HRIS Operations Team in the Global Center, Wrocław), supporting all 54 countries within the Volvo Group.
We are 9 highly skilled individuals who support each other in solving both everyday and complex cases, working in a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. The team values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together.

In this role, you will bring:

Technical skills
• strong analytical skills
• high proficiency in MS Excel
• hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (experience with SAP HR will be considered an additional asset)
• knowledge of how to safeguard data quality in organizational structures

Soft skills:
• an end-to-end mindset (ability to see process flows beyond the team’s scope and understand their broader impact)
• the ability to take ownership of ambiguous challenges and find solutions, even when documentation is limited
• the ability to communicate clearly and patiently, translating system behavior into user-friendly guidance
• a user-focused mindset, with strong business awareness and customer focus

We are looking for someone who combines analytical strength with strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, and business understanding. You don’t need to have all of these skills from day one -we value a growth mindset and the willingness to learn and understand the HR ecosystem end-to-end.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:
•    A role where you can make a measurable impact on HR processes, data quality, and system reliability
•    A collaborative team environment with a strong focus on ownership and continuous improvement
•    Opportunities to develop your expertise across HR in a global and cross-functional setting
•    A stable, well-established organization with a clear purpose and long-term ambition

Ready for the next move?

If you want to make a real impact in your career, the transportation business is where you want to be. We look forward to meeting you.
