You will join the HRIS Operations Team within our Global Center based in Wrocław. Our team consists of HR technology professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through digital solutions.
We work across countries, functions, and platforms, partnering closely with HR, IT, Digital, and business stakeholders. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and a growth mindset are at the heart of how we work.
What you will do
At Volvo Group People & Culture, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our HR systems landscape, helping create an efficient, user-friendly, and data-driven employee experience.
You will:
- Provide day-to-day support for HR systems and related processes, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and user issues.
- Support testing activities, maintain documentation, and contribute to the successful implementation of system changes.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor data quality and support reporting and analysis activities that improve operational performance.
- Translate business and user needs into practical system improvements and enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, simplification efforts, and opportunities for automation across the HR systems landscape.
- Apply security, compliance, and governance principles in all aspects of your work.
Who are you?
Essential qualifications:
- Experience working with HRIS technology.
- Experience supporting users, resolving incidents, and managing system-related requests.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and working with large volumes of HR data.
- Understanding of HR processes and end-to-end process flows.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
- Professional communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and change management practices.
- Experience with reporting, data quality management, or people analytics.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and HR systems governance.
