HRIS Operations - Team Leader (Expert Role)
Wroclaw, PL, 51-502
In this role, you will shape how our HR Systems Support team, part of HRIS Operations, works and delivers across complex Core HR topics - while staying hands‑on in real HRIS work.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of HR technology, processes, and the business, and want to grow as a leader without stepping away from technical topics, this role could be a great next step for you.
What you will do
At Group People & Culture you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
You will play an important role in how Core HR is operated, improved, and evolved within HRIS Operations.
HR Systems Support team works far beyond classic support - we handle complex Core HR topics, partner closely with the business, and shape sustainable HR solutions.
You will:
• Lead the HR Systems Support team’s day to day work by setting direction, priorities, and expectations, and ensuring consistent delivery
• Report to the Head of HRIS Operations and work closely with the Organizational Management Team Leader as part of the HRIS Operations leadership setup
• Take ownership of how complex Core HR topics are approached - from analysis and decision making to execution and follow up
• Stay hands on in advanced SuccessFactors Core HR topics, major incidents, and larger initiatives
• Connect systems, processes, and data end to end, ensuring solutions make sense both technically and from a business perspective
• Build and strengthen relationships with HR and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted HRIS partner
• Continuously improve ways of working, collaboration, and clarity across the team and HRIS Operations
• Bring structure, calmness, and focus in situations that are complex, ambiguous, or high impact
This role focuses on leading work, priorities, and collaboration within the team, without formal people management responsibilities.
Your future team:
You will be part of HRIS Operations, working at the core of the HR technology landscape.
The HR Systems Support team consists of experienced HR professionals who:
• work on complex Core HR and system topics
• operate close to both technology and business
• take ownership beyond ticket handling
• value clarity, trust, and collaboration
We are based in Wrocław, Poland, and work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
Who are you?
We are not looking for a “perfect profile”. We are looking for potential, ownership, and the right mindset.
This role is well suited for someone who already has solid HRIS foundations and wants to step into a stronger leadership and partnering role, with space to grow.
Essential:
• Ability and willingness to lead others’ work by setting direction, priorities, and expectations
• Solid technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Core HR and a good understanding of Core HR processes end to end
• Comfort working hands on with complex HRIS topics, ambiguity, and high impact situations
• Clear, open communication style that builds trust with team members and stakeholders
• Growth mindset - openness to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
• Experience or interest in working beyond classic support models (e.g. process ownership, solution design, stakeholder partnership)
• Understanding of connected HR processes, data flows, or integrations across an HRIS landscape
• Coaching mindset and interest in helping others succeed
• Exposure to larger HRIS initiatives such as upgrades, rollouts, or process harmonization
You do not need to have all of this today. What matters most is curiosity, ownership, and motivation to grow into the role.
What’s in it for you?
We offer a solid compensation and benefits package, and in addition:
• A senior role with real influence on how Core HR topics are handled and evolved
• The opportunity to grow as a leader while staying close to systems, processes, and the business
• Strong exposure to HR and business stakeholders
• Close, trust based collaboration with HRIS leadership and experienced colleagues
• Space to shape and improve how things work - not just keep them running
• A stable setup in Wrocław with a hybrid working model
Ready for the next move?
If you want to work at the intersection of HR technology, process, and business - and grow into a strong HRIS leader along the way - we would be happy to talk.
