At People Services you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
People Platforms team is a part of Global Center within Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services organization. We are 20 people big and split in 2 groups. One of them consists of professionals being a part of SuccessFactors product team - here is the place waiting for you.
You will join the stable team taking care of SuccessFactors’ solution. There is a great opportunity to join the group working on Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting modules and also our digital adoption platform – WalkMe.
Who are you?

- Very good knowledge about the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Good understanding of the connections between SuccessFactors modules
- Good understanding of end to end HR processes and environment
- Know how to make the best use of Excel
- Proficient written and spoken English skills
- Analytical and disciplined way of thinking
- Good communication skills
- High level of energy
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong desire to learn
Nice to have
- Experience with the implementation of any HR solutions
- Experience in SAP HR solution
- Experience in global communication with stakeholders
- Experience with agile ways of working / scrum methodology
- Good knowledge in modules other than Employee Central
- Certification in Employee Central module
