What you will do
As Learning Analyst, you will help shape the future of learning by:
AI, Agentic AI, Chatbot Development
- Design and implement AI-powered tools (chatbots, agent, chain of agents, virtual assistants) to enhance learning.
- Configure AI solutions and analyze interactions to improve learner experience.
Data Analytics & Power BI
- Clean, merge, and analyze LMS (Learning Management System)/HR data from multiple sources.
- Build interactive dashboards with row-level security.
Analyze learning trends to provide actionable insights.
UX & Learning Experience Design
- Map learner journeys and identify pain points.
- Design and test intuitive interfaces for dashboards, portals, and learning tools.
Innovation & Exploration
- Research and propose innovative AI/UX solutions for Learning & Development.
- Explore emerging technologies and experiment with automation to improve processes.

In this position you will join a global team responsible for Learning Strategies where we have the ambition to develop a competence-based ecosystem supporting colleagues growth and drive us into becoming the best learning organization in our industry. You’ll report to Head of Learning Strategies.
You will work closely together with many brilliant colleagues around the world, both in Volvo Group Digital & IT and our extended Global community within the Volvo Group.
As member of the Learning Strategies team, you will work closely with the Volvo Group D&IT mgt teams, the D&IT Community key stakeholders, People & Culture capabilities and countries.
Who are you?
Are you an engaged person who believes that people development is an exciting purpose for your work? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. We are looking for a motivated intern to help us shape the future of learning through AI, UX, and data. You’ll bring:
- A Bac+4/5 degree (engineering school or equivalent), specialized in Data or Artificial Intelligence.
- Familiarity with AI applications, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or other AI-driven learning solutions especially in building interactive dashboards.
- Strong analytical, Power BI, Excel, and programming skills, with the ability to process, analyze, and leverage large datasets, and to build interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analytics and in processing large volumes of data.
- Experience or interest in UX design: understanding user journeys, designing intuitive interfaces, and improving learning experiences.
- Curious, eager to learn, passionate about technology and innovation.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to deliver concrete results in a complex, global environment.
- Organized, rigorous, and a strong team player.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
