Volvo Group P2P Contact Center Team is currently seeking a talented individual like You to join our Team as an Accounting Specialist with Swedish (replacement contract during appr. 1,5 years).

As an Accounting Specialist with Swedish, you will play a crucial role in our Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our Swedish speaking vendors by telephone and mail
  • Handling vendor inquiries and reconciling vendor statements
  • Handling requests from internal partners in the field of finance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Data search in SAP and auxiliary tools
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage incoming collection notices a from suppliers.
  • Communicate with Swedish-speaking suppliers via mail to clarify payment status and resolve issues.
  • Investigate root causes of overdue payments (e.g., invoice discrepancies, missing documentation).
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the P2P process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for precision, independent, responsible, good work organization and a Team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
