Who are you?

Would you like to gain practical experience in HR administration? We are looking for a motivated intern who wants to learn, develop digital and data-handling skills, and contribute to reliable HR services.

This opportunity is suitable for students or recent graduates who can provide services for at least four months. Previous experience is welcome but not required. You should communicate confidently in English and French, pay close attention to detail, handle information responsibly, and be comfortable learning digital tools.

You will provide agreed HR administration support services and deliver defined outputs. The scope may include:

  • Preparing and updating standard HR administration data, documents, trackers, or case information in line with agreed instructions and applicable confidentiality requirements
  • Checking the completeness and consistency of information and identifying missing or unclear data for clarification
  • Preparing draft responses or information for standard employee and manager requests using approved materials and knowledge resources
  • Using tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP HR, M365, AskHR, and relevant local systems to complete agreed assignments and prepare basic extracts or summaries
  • Documenting routine issues, applying agreed problem-solving steps, and proposing practical improvements to templates, instructions, or administrative processes
  • Delivering agreed outputs accurately and on time while maintaining data privacy and information-security standards

What’s in it for you?

We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:

  • Paid civil-law contract for an initial period of at least four months, with a possible extension up to 12 months
  • An onboarding contact and access to the information needed to complete the agreed activities
  • Flexibility to organize service delivery around your studies, subject to agreed deadlines and business requirements
