If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join Volvo as Junior HR Administration Specialist with French and become part of our French-speaking Country Operations team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide HR administration support in standard, predefined employee lifecycle processes, following work instructions, policies, applicable regulations, and data privacy requirements
- Process routine HR transactions such as hiring, employee data changes, contract renewals, trainee administration, and termination activities, with guidance from experienced colleagues when needed
- Prepare standard employment documents, letters, trackers, and basic data extracts for internal and external stakeholders
- Enter, check, and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, AskHR, and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Respond clearly and on time to standard requests from employees, managers, HR colleagues, and external partners, using approved information and escalation paths
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT colleagues to support end-to-end case completion and proper information flow
- Investigate routine issues using defined steps, document outcomes, and ask for support or escalate when the situation goes beyond standard procedures
- Suggest small improvements that can simplify work, reduce errors, or improve the employee and manager experience
- Learn how accurate HR administration supports payroll, compliance, reporting, and business continuity
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Advanced proficiency in French and good command of English
- Interest in building a career in HR administration; previous HR, customer service, administration, or shared services experience is welcome but not required
- Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn SAP HR, SuccessFactors, AskHR, and other digital tools
- Basic understanding of HR administration, labor law, employee lifecycle processes, or data privacy is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and care when working with employee data and confidential information
- Good organization, accountability, and the ability to follow instructions, prioritize assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Clear communication, customer focus, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across teams
- Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to learn new processes, systems, and ways of working
- A proactive approach to routine problem solving, including checking details, asking questions early, and escalating when needed
