About Us:
At Dealer Support Center (DSC), we’re the go-to team for IT-related support across Volvo Group dealers and workshops. With helpdesks in Bangalore, Beijing, Curitiba, Gothenburg, Greensboro, and Wroclaw, we offer localized, multilingual support tailored to the needs of our global customers. We proudly serve all Volvo brands—Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, and more.
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Department: Dealer Support Center (DSC)
Work Schedule: Shifts between 07:00 – 18:00
Who are you?
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Fluent in French (C2/native) and proficient in English (C1 or strong B2)
- Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus!
- Experienced or enthusiastic about IT helpdesk environments
- Skilled in problem-solving and analysis
- Comfortable in dynamic, customer-facing roles
What you will do
As an Application Support Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Incidents & Requests via our portal and phone
- Troubleshooting & Resolving Issues using Volvo business applications and support tools
- Escalating Cases to specialized support teams when needed
- Monitoring & Following Up on case progress
- Communicating Directly with French-speaking users and customers
- Solving Problems in dealer and workshop applications
