Salesforce Developer

Location:

Wroclaw, PL, 51-502

Position Type:  Professional

Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

We are looking for

A motivated Salesforce Developer with a passion for learning and a strong interest in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Contracts, Billing, Revenue modules). As part of our Salesforce Chapter Europe team, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, supporting multiple product teams across the organization.

You are proactive, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of initiatives. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders, fellow developers, and solution architects. Your approach is customer-centric, and you’re ready to challenge conventional methods, bringing fresh ideas and creative problem-solving skills to business challenges - especially those related to revenue management, quoting, and billing processes.

You will be based in our Wroclaw office. We value face-to-face interaction and teamwork, so regular attendance at the office is encouraged; fully remote arrangements are not available for this role.

You should have

  • Some hands-on experience developing or customizing solutions on Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • A good understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs, or a keen interest in developing these skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, and an ability to assess when to use declarative versus programmatic approaches.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, or an openness to learning Agile ways of working, including using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Excellent collaboration skills; you thrive in a team environment and are motivated by ambitious goals.
  • Relevant certifications (such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.

Good to have

  • Exposure to Copado as a release management tool.
  • Experience or interest in working with integrations, particularly MuleSoft.
  • Other Salesforce, MuleSoft, and/or Copado certifications.

What’s in it for you?

  • Access to Volvo’s comprehensive benefits package, including an annual company bonus and a tax break for Creative Work.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative business solutions, contributing to their design and development.
  • Support for professional growth, with possibilities to upskill through trainings, workshops, and industry-recognized certifications.
  • A collaborative, high-performing team environment with a positive culture that embraces learning from mistakes.
  • Competitive salary, negotiable based on your experience and skill set.

We encourage you to apply if you believe you are a strong candidate with a positive, hard-working attitude. You don’t need to meet every single requirement - what matters most is your talent, motivation, and eagerness to grow your career with us at Volvo Group. If you’re excited about the role and our company, we’d love to hear from you!
