What you will do
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to our team in Data organization to build and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data for use in data products and analyses. All new solutions will be built on top of our unified data platform (UDP) in Azure. In this project you will work closely with a data analyst and data architect as well as have contact with stakeholders. We expect you to be able to assist and guide our other Data Engineers.
Your role:
- Providing data in the appropriate format, granularity and accuracy to the platform and end-users on Azure environments
- Using modern data preparation, integration tools
- Implementing and improving ETL workflows
- Work in a cross-functional agile team and international teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives
- Pre-process, clean and structure data to facilitate data exploration and advanced analytics/Machine Learning activities.

Competences required:
- Azure Databricks (Unity Catalog, workflows, Python, Spark/PySpark)
- Azure Data Factory
- MSSQL
- ADLS blob storage: delta tables, parquets
- DevOps - pipelines, CI/CD
- SQL - advanced
- Power BI
- Ready to analyze tasks
- GenAI (hands on experience with working on different LLMs)
Soft skills:
- Open minded
- Engaged
- Driver of topics - ready to find his/her way to develop or proceed with topics
- Good at collaboration with stakeholders from IT and business side
