Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

Your future team:

Imagine using your expertise to help shape seamless employee experiences and simplify the complexity behind global HR processes.

If you are curious about how business, people, processes, data and systems work together, and you enjoy solving complex challenges that make a real difference, we could be a perfect match.

You will join the HR Systems Support team, part of HRIS Operations in the Global Center, Wrocław, supporting all 54 countries within the Volvo Group
We are a team of experienced HR systems professionals who take ownership of complex challenges across processes, systems and organizational boundaries. We work closely with stakeholders around the world to ensure that HR processes run smoothly and that the business can focus on what matters most.

Our ambition goes beyond providing support. We strive to understand the bigger picture, improve how work gets done, and help create HR solutions that are simple, reliable and meaningful for our stakeholders.

What you will do:

In this role, you will help our stakeholders navigate HR systems, data and processes with confidence.

You will:

  • take ownership of complex HR systems and employee data topics from problem identification to sustainable solution
  • investigate issues across systems, processes and teams, identifying root causes rather than simply addressing symptoms
  • support global HR processes and ensure employee data flows reliably across systems
  • transform business needs into practical solutions and process improvements
  • contribute to testing, system enhancements and implementation activities
  • use data, facts and business impact to guide decision-making and recommendations
  • identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience and eliminate inefficiencies
  • help maintain a stable, compliant and user-friendly HR systems landscape
  • act as a trusted partner who can explain complex topics in a simple and actionable way
  • collaborate with stakeholders, super users, product teams and support functions to deliver the best possible outcome

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting the dots and understanding how things work beyond their immediate area of responsibility.

You are naturally curious and want to understand not only what needs to be done, but also why it matters and how it influences employees, managers, HR and the broader business.

You take ownership, work comfortably in complex environments and are motivated by finding solutions that create lasting value.

Technical skills:

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • high proficiency in MS Excel
  • experience with SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage
  • experience with SAP HR or other HR technologies is an additional asset
  • understanding of data quality principles and HR processes
  • ability to work with data and identify trends, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities

    Soft skills:
  • strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
  • ability to independently drive topics from issue identification to implementation
  • end-to-end thinking and the ability to understand broader business impact
  • customer and stakeholder focus
  • proactive communication and collaboration skills
  • ability to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly
  • curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
  • willingness to challenge the status quo and seek better ways of working
  • ability to make decisions based on facts, data and business value

We are looking for someone who...

We are not looking for someone who simply follows procedures.

We are looking for someone who wants to understand the business behind the process, who enjoys working across functions, and who is motivated by making complex things simpler.

SuccessFactors experience is welcome, but what matters most is your mindset: curiosity, ownership, analytical thinking, customer focus and the ability to help the business move forward in a complex global environment.

What you'll gain

At Volvo Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a global environment where your ideas, initiative and expertise directly contribute to improving how HR services are delivered to thousands of employees and managers around the world.

You will join a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, business understanding and taking ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
