What you will do
We are a group of developers, testers, and architects, and we are looking for a new colleague – an experienced Fullstack Developer (Angular, Java Azure)!
Our team is building a new Volvo product that will enable the Volvo Group to develop new services around Spare Parts. The first iteration of the new product will focus on one of our Business Areas – Volvo Construction Equipment. Later, we will expand to other areas within the Group. The purpose of this new application layer is to increase flexibility in our business offerings, which also requires improvements in the IT landscape.
This project offers many opportunities, but we also expect challenges: we need to process large data volumes, meet high performance demands, and ensure robustness. To meet these goals, we will work with modern technologies and agile methodologies. The application will be built on Azure Public Cloud and follow a microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new fullstack features using Java and Angular as part of a larger application
- Modify and enhance existing software to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate in the agile development process, including work estimation and planning
Who are you?
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Java
- Experience in Angular (version 16+)
- Solid knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot framework
- Proficiency in REST
- Experience working in distributed cloud environments (microservices, message queues)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
