What you will do
At Volvo Group, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation for Volvo Construction Equipment dealers through the implementation and evolution of our MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system. You will define and design robust, secure, and scalable architecture, ensuring alignment with our Architectural policies and compliance with security directives. You will lead and mentor product teams, collaborate with Business stakeholders, Tech Leads and Enterprise Architects, as well as be hands-on in ensuring compliance and security controls. You will be a driver for technical excellence, resilience, and innovation.

Who are you?
We are looking for a strong, confident, value driven Technical Solution Architect with a positive attitude and the ability to handle challenges experienced in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Azure. You are comfortable with challenging ideas, collaborating in multi-cultural environment, making sure technical decisions are well explained, implemented, and documented. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering secure, compliant, and high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities
• Design, document and manage architecture for digital products, ensuring maximum value and alignment with Volvo Group’s Architectural guideline
• Transform business needs into robust IT architecture, producing relevant design and architecture artifacts
• Ensure compliance with Volvo Group Security directives and requirements
• Lead architecture decisions, integrations (Azure, Dataverse, Dual Write), and data strategies
• Collaborate across business architecture stages to define and realize business capabilities
• Participate in technology selection and integration of AI solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and support product teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, DPMs, and other stakeholders by engaging in open discussions, offering alternative perspectives, and supporting technical decisions with clear, well-reasoned arguments
Skills and experience we are searching for:
• Minimum 3+ years working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP systems design and implementation
• Proven experience with Azure services, Dual Write, and Power Platform
• Demonstrated experience implementing security controls and compliance in enterprise IT
• Experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional product teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong background in solution architecture, integrations, and modern IT methodologies that emphasize reuse, scalability, and compliance with security directives
• You are positive, self-assured, determined person, addressing challenges and helping to move decisions forward
• Fluent English
