What you will do

As a Senior Solution Consultant – you will be part of a SAP ODC global team working on SAP MM area mainly on Purchasing, Inbound and Integrations. Should be able to Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners and Developers in supporting Run Time, Change requests and Projects. You will work in an environment focused on cross-functionality, Value creation and innovation, promoting agile ways of working across the organization. The position will be located in Poland where you will work.

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Support Run time according to SLA defined for Incidents and Tasks
  • Handle Change requests and Projects for Process Improvements - Should Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Configuration, customization and supports the Procurement/Inbound functionality of SAP S4 HANA system to ensure smooth running of the process accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with business rules.
  • Daily work blends functional design, configuration, testing, support, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Testing and quality assurance along with Documentation and training.
  • Functional specs for development/ABAP work
  • Technical familiarity: SAP GUI/Fiori, table structures (e.g., MARA, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), debug logs knowledge will be good.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and geographies. 

Required Competencies

  • Candidate should have specific 8+ years of SAP MM experience (including Hands on in S4 HANA platform).(Do not share experiences only on ECC Platform, but it can be a mix of both with S4 platform as priority)
  • Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP MM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required.
  • Working experience on RFQ process.
  • Working experience on scheduling agreements in SAP MM.
  • Working experience on Contracts in SAP MM.
  • Working experience on Packaging related to Inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Knowledge on Packaging process.
  • Working experience on STO both intra & intercompany with deliveries.
  • Working experience on S/4 HANA Subcontracting, Consignment, Scrapping, Returns, Batch Management Process.
  • Good knowledge on logistics attributes in Material master and BP.
  • Good knowledge on EDI & Confirmations (ASNs in particular) 
  • Good Knowledge in Pricing Procedure, Output determination, Price determination etc.
  • Good Knowledge in GST process (Including Tax setup).
  • Experience in EDI setup (PO/SA/GR/INBOUND etc) and IDoc error handling is must.
  • Well-versed in WRICEF and should be able to write Functional/Technical specification for Development.
  • Integration areas of MM with PP/WM/SD/FI knowledge will be good.
  • Able to analyze and solve day to day issues from business with-in agreed SLA.
  • Able to scope, script and execute interface tests
  • Preferred knowledge on the Automotive or similar industry
  • Prior experience of having worked in maintenance setup and familiarity with ticketing tools like Solman, Remedy and DevOps will be good.
