Your future team:
You will have a home base in the Digital Technologies – Content Services organization that offers a wide range of modern technologies utilized to strengthen business efficiency coming from the right approach of handing critical content.

We manage digital products that deliver exceptional value to enhance Volvo Group TD/BA/GFs' operations, using a structured, transparent, and agile development process that fosters trust and strong business partnerships.
What you will do
At Volvo Group Digital & IT you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
Our Digital Adoption Platform Team is looking for a motivated trainee to support the effective use and expansion of our WalkMe content. You'll work directly with our Subject Matter Expert to ensure our digital processes are smooth, clear, and impactful for all users.
As a Solution Engineer Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Content Testing: Rigorously test all newly created WalkMe solutions (ShoutOuts, Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, etc.) across various environments and user groups to ensure flawless functionality before deployment.
- Issue Resolution Support: Assist the DAP SME in troubleshooting and resolving content display issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported errors within the WalkMe environment.
- Documentation & Governance: Help maintain organized documentation, including content inventories, testing protocols, and best practices for DAP usage.
- Content Creation Support: Under the guidance of the SME, assist in simple content creation tasks, including writing in-application guidance text and configuring basic WalkMe elements.
- User Feedback Integration: Monitor user feedback channels and assist in translating user needs into actionable DAP improvements.

- Strong comfort level with web browsers, HTML (understanding how elements are selected), and navigating complex enterprise IT applications.
- Testing Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying, documenting, and reproducing bugs or content errors.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, non-technical language.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to diagnosing issues and seeking solutions before escalating.

- Student under 26 years of age
- Preferred field of study: Computer Science or related
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
