La risorsa sarà inserita nel dipartimento Service & Technical Training nel ruolo di PQE (Product Quality Engineer) e Technical Trainer.
Le mansioni principali riguardano il supporto tecnico e la formazione tecnica alla rete autorizzata Volvo Trucks
Principali responsabilità
- Assicurare il supporto tecnico alla rete di officine autorizzate per problematiche tecniche
- Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello agli ispettori tecnici di zona
- Erogare corsi di formazione tecnici riguardanti diagnosi, riparazione ed aggiornamento di prodotto
- Aggiornamento e sviluppo del materiale relativo ai corsi di formazione che verranno in seguito erogati
- Seguire sessioni di formazione e aggiornamento presso Casa Madre sia per il ruolo di supporto tecnico che di formatore\
Assicurare la gestione delle pratiche relative alla qualità del prodotto, tra cui
- Analisi delle problematiche
- Rapporto tra Officine e Market company
- Assicurare l’adeguata formazione del personale delle Officine Volvo Trucks partecipando alla formulazione dell’offerta del piano formativo
Competenze ed esperienze pregresse
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici comparabili anche in settori produttivi differenti (movimento terra, mezzi agricoli, ecc)
- Propensione al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione
- Capacità comunicative necessarie per l’erogazione di corsi tecnici sia in presenza che online
- Italiano madrelingua e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta
- Precedente esperienza specifica nel mondo truck e possesso della patente di categoria C costituiscono titolo preferenziale
