Volvo Financial Services Italy is seeking a VIE Financial Data Analyst to provide financial and business analyses in addition to collaborating with several functional areas of the company including Accounting, Treasury, and Risk within the Volvo Financial Services Italy

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence solutions to support the Finance function
- Design dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and executive decision-making
- Improve and standardize reporting processes through data-driven solutions and new technologies
- Collaborate with Global BI, IT, Finance, Sales, Credit, and Risk teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities
- Support the development of data infrastructure and master data management for advanced analytics
- Gather user feedback, drive adoption of BI tools, and continuously improve existing solutions
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to support the CFO and Finance leadership
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience (including internships) in Business Intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data governance
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Big Data, and data management concepts
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Hyperion, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus, with a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international, cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
