What you will do
As Quality Solution Leader (QSL) for Transmission and Driveline media System (Pneumatics, cooling, fuel and oil) you will represent the Volvo Buses customer in the Product Development organization. You will drive quality cases end-to-end in close collaboration with Customer Quality Experience (CQE), working cross-functionally with agile teams and key stakeholders across Volvo VBC and TTI, from issue identification and analysis to prioritization, coordination, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
Your future team
Powertrain, Chassis & Driveline Quality is part of the Customer Quality Experience (CQE) organization, we are a team of Design & Test Engineers as well as Project Managements roles, all with a common goal to provide solutions that improve the uptime of our products and contribute to a great ownership experience for our customers.

Here you will have a chance to apply your skills not only in operational cases but also in shaping the preferred way of working within your team.
To be successful we think you also have a:
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a strong technical background within Mechanical design or Mechatronic
• Ability to work cross-functionally, build networks, and create strong working relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Swift in action and driving things forward.
• Structured way of working, with the ability to follow processes and improve them when needed. Preferably experience with project management.
• Experience from the automotive industry
• Experience with HW/SW within Transmission, Pneumatics and cooling
• Experience with timing planning
• Abilities for proactive acting
Nice to have
• Basic knowledge of Volvo systems (for example KOLA)
• Interest in technical problem-solving and data analysis
• Aftermarket experience
